Connections
courses teach teens the skills that are essential for success in their dating relationships, and in preparing for marriage.
This innovative, research-based curriculum helps teens understand the challenges that arise in early relationships, develop healthy dating practices, self-regulate intense emotions and cultivate life skills. Specifically, teens learn self-understanding, how relationships work, managing emotions, dating and emotions, dealing with problems, effective communication, what to expect from dating and marriage, and more.
Connections material is fascinating to teens and immediately useful. In addition to lectures, lessons include lively brainstorming, small group work, games and role-playing. Connections programs were created for schools and youth organizations.
Love U2
is a series of units providing comprehensive relationship education for teens.
The Series includes: Relationship Smarts Plus, Becoming Sex Smart, Communication Smarts: PREP for Teens, and Baby Smarts: Through the Eyes of a Child.
Love U2 helps young people acquire practical skills for emotionally healthy and ethically sound relationships. It focuses on helping teens craft a roadmap toward what they hope to achieve, not just what they must avoid.
The practical, activity-based content of Love U2 make the programs ideal for schools, youth agencies, clubs and faith-based organizations.
Family Wellness is offered to individuals, couples and families from all walks of life and many cultures.
The Strongest Link: The Couple has been used for couples retreats, marital therapy, couples enrichment, and for series dedicated just to couples.
There are six core sessions that include content on communications skills, problem solving, knowing personal values and goals as well as couple goals, money management, intimacy, and paying back your community with the skills you’ve learned.
Additional lesson plan topics include: Stepfamilies, Parent and In-law issues, Domestic Violence, Parenting as a Couple, New and Expectant Parents, and Separations from military deployment, business, health or jail.
Family Wellness has other programs including: Survival Skills for Healthy Families and The Wellness Way for Healthy Step Families.
FOCCUS
is a self diagnostic inventory designed to help couples learn more about themselves and their unique relationship.
FOCCUS stands for Facilitating Open Couple Communication Understanding Study. It is not a test nor is it meant to be a predictor of marital success or failure. It is a tool to help couples identify and work through issues before marriage.
FOCCUS is a discussion instrument whose purpose is to maximize the total marriage preparation by tailoring it to the individual couple and by providing comprehensive content and process that best serves the couple preparing for marriage and those working with them.
Mastering the Mysteries of Love is a practical couples course that gives a step-by-step way to learn
what matters most, gain the communication skills and create the marriage of your dreams!
Mastering the Mysteries of Love (MML) teaches ten essential relationship skills that work together to change how couples listen, talk, solve problems, and relate to one another. MML classes are conducted in a variety of formats including, weekly two-hour classes or full-day workshops. Participants receive a MML workbook to guide them through the mysteries of love. MML skills coaches help couples take the skills they learn in the class and apply them in real life. Participants receive both in-class coaching and skills coaching by phone or webcam.

Relationship Enhancement
is a unique and innovative skills-training program that teaches practical skills that empower couples to resolve current and future problems on their own while also deepening their sense of connection.
Couples learn how to: establish a constructive, cooperative atmosphere for resolving difficult relationship issues; foster increased openness and trust; reduce defensiveness, anger and withdrawal; express feelings, concerns and desires openly, honestly and safely; nurture deepened caring and compassion; increase love and affection; create solutions to conflicts at their deepest levels; andsuccessfully implement agreed-to solutions and behavioral changes.
With 35 years of research, the Relationship Enhancement program has been identified by an AAMFT award-winning Purdue University study to be the most effective of twelve comparable marriage enrichment programs at improving relationships.
The Active Relationships Programs use skill-building and tools to create and maintain happy, healthy relationships.
The Active Relationships series is a compilation of healthy marriages and relationships best practices that include nine relationships programs: Active Marriage and Best Practices, Active Military Life Skills and Reintegration, Active Communication, Active Money Personalities, Active Romance, Active Living/Traditions, Active Relationships for Young Adults, and Active Adults.

Bringing Baby Home
is a program for pregnant couples and parents of infants and toddlers.
Couples learn parenting and relationship skills that will last a lifetime. Prepare yourself for life with your baby and discover how to be the best parenting team possible. Bringing Baby Home teaches couples how to: stay connected with your partner; strengthen your friendship, intimacy and conflict regulation skills; interact with your baby in a positive way; keep both parents involved; and deal with conflict successfully.
In a relaxed and supportive environment with a trained facilitator, learn how to strengthen your relationship with your partner and foster your baby’s development during this new and challenging time in your life. Create a caring and nurturing atmosphere in your home and learn to cope with conflict in a positive way.
The Bringing Baby Home workshop, developed by renowned relationship experts, Drs. John and Julie Gottman, helps to prepare you for the most important and rewarding job you will ever have, raising a child.
The Third Option
is an on-going group program to build better marriages.
It is designed for all married couples and can be used both as marriage enrichment or crisis intervention. For hurting couples, who see only two options (painful endurance or divorce) the third option means reconciliation. For ordinary couples, the program teaches them the skills they need to have happier, healthier marriages.
When couples are struggling they will say they have "tried everything" but what they usually mean is they have tried the same two extreme options over and over, never finding what works. The Third Option is the middle healthy ground.
The Third Option combines skill-building workshops with sharing from mentor couples and a support group component.
World Class Marriage is a Marriage Education program for couples who want more!
